We spent 10 days at The Chedi and would return without hesitation. Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The food is excellent, the service attentive without being forced and the accommodations immaculate. There are so many people we encountered who deserve kudos, but our hearts were full finding a fellow South African in the Food & Beverage team — however warmly we praise Victoria here, we would still not be doing justice to her warmth, her kindness but still thorough professionalism. She made us ginger tea when she discovered one of us was feeling poorly, she made sure to chat to us whenever she could, checking in on us frequently. She was one of the highlights of our stay. There is no shortage of five star hotels in Doha but the Chedi is different. It is special. And much of that is thanks to the people who work there, people like Victoria Nhlapo who go the extra mile to make guests feel special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chedi Katra Hotel & Resort, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail shown throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff created a truly welcoming atmosphere. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Khalid Belyaqourt, Manager on Duty, for his gracious assistance and attentive presence. His dedication to guest satisfaction clearly reflects the high standards upheld by the hotel. The restaurant team also deserves heartfelt recognition for their impeccable service and exquisite cuisine. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the staff made each dining experience both enjoyable and relaxing. Similarly, the room service team provided efficient and thoughtful service that added great comfort and convenience to my stay. I must also commend the cleaning and housekeeping staff for maintaining an exceptional level of cleanliness and comfort throughout my accommodation. Their hard work and attention to detail played a crucial role in making my stay so restful and pleasant. My experience at Chedi Katra Hotel & Resort was nothing short of excellent. It is rare to encounter such a cohesive and professional team, and I am truly grateful to each and every member of the staff. The location is ideal; you can easily walk to the nearest metro station (or they will bring you there in a golf buggy!), you are close to the Pearl and can get to the other side of the city quickly too. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in in a long time. The room was beautiful. Pool was fabulous. Hotel is beautifully furnished. Breakfast options were hugely varied.

Its my second time in the Chedi and i can't say enough good things about the beauty of this hotel ,and the high quality of service. Thank you Chaima for your excellent hospitality; it surpassed my expectations. I was treated like family and she made sure everything I needed for a comfortable stay was readily available. Very nice clean rooms with a beautiful sea view, the roomcleaner sunil is very friendly. The breakfast is high quality with a lot of variety. A special thanks to Sayed , he does his job excellent and used to make for me the best manakish and pan cakes and all kind of bakeries. A big thankyou for the hotel management who fulfill all your wishes. Hope to see u again.
