Spent our honeymoon here for 11 nights in September 2024. Hotel and location was absolutely perfect. From the front of house, to the valet staff, to the kitchen staff and the life guard, everyone was absolutely amazing, friendly and couldn't do more to make our stay more memorable, and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Bekjon, King, Zakir and Aliza who always greeted us with a friendly smile, and made our stay even more pleasurable. The hotel went far above our expectations, and even decorated our room, and provided us with a little honeymoon cake! Would recommend to everyone, including families. Absolutely perfect stay, and would rate higher than 5* if I could.

Its my second time in the Chedi and i can't say enough good things about the beauty of this hotel ,and the high quality of service. Thank you Chaima for your excellent hospitality; it surpassed my expectations. I was treated like family and she made sure everything I needed for a comfortable stay was readily available. Very nice clean rooms with a beautiful sea view, the roomcleaner sunil is very friendly. The breakfast is high quality with a lot of variety. A special thanks to Sayed , he does his job excellent and used to make for me the best manakish and pan cakes and all kind of bakeries. A big thankyou for the hotel management who fulfill all your wishes. Hope to see u again.

The hotel is located in a great location in Katara Village. Beautiful hotel. Very serene. The food was amazing and is a must try even if you don’t stay at the hotel. Enjoyed a hamam treatment in the spa. There were several events occurring at the hotel - enjoyed yoga on the beach, bbq night and brunch. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable. A special appreciation to Aya for our fitness workouts, Azmat and Teji for driving us around, Chef Adnan, Younes, Lauren and all the staff during breakfast (Hanas for bringing us karak chai - please add to your menu :)). We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you all. We extended our stay to and look forward to returning.

Everything! The two-bedroom villa/chalet has 2 bathrooms, one toilet, equipped kitchenette, large living room with a dining table, outdoor seating area, and 2 parking spots. The private pool overviews the canal. The view is breathtaking, especially at night! The temperature of the pool was excellent, and you can ask them to change the temperature. The breakfast is also so delicious. Staff are cooperative and welcoming. You cannot go wrong with this luxurious hotel and resort!

Exceptional facility. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to chill out for a period of time. all rooms have an exceptional view and the amenities are excellent. Location is walkable to the cultural village and the private beach and pool were exactly what we were looking for.
